A Florida native, born in Miami in 1961 and admitted to the practice of law in 1992. Mr. Hanratty has focused his practice on civil litigation in the area of condemnation, eminent domain and land use regulations. He has handled hundreds of condemnation cases throughout the State of Florida, including numerous inverse condemnation and land use regulation matters.
Mr. Hanratty was the Chairman of the Marion County Land Development Regulation Board for four years and the Vice-Chairman for the previous four years. In addition to civil litigation, Mr. Hanratty has handled cases before various Florida District Courts of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court.
